The Pro documentation is not published yet. This page is the accurate summary of the line between the two products until it is.

ShipVoice Lite gets you a voice agent you own. It does not get you a business. The part that does not one-shot is metering, billing, auth, telephony registration and compliance, and that is what ShipVoice Pro ships. Pro is a separate repository. It shares this one’s stack and lineage. It is not a plugin for this repo and does not depend on it.

Not in Lite

Cost	Every minute of speech to text, the model, speech and telephony metered per provider, so each call carries a cost you can read.

Auth	End-user accounts behind a paid entitlement gate. The backend in Lite has none.
Compliance	Consent records, a suppression list and a callee-local calling window, advisory by default with a strict opt-in.

Already in Lite

The parts that are not the wedge are here and stay MIT: the LiveKit worker, the token server, the console with Overview, Calls, Agents and Deployment, the prompt-as-a-file persona, console mode, the doctor, and the Dockerfiles. The greyed-out entries in the console rail (Campaigns, Channels, Customers, Evaluations) are the shape of Pro, shown rather than stubbed. An empty table is worse than an honest absence.
